“In my opinion, this four-star hotel aims to provide a comfortable stay with its central location near the Al Ghurair Shopping Mall and metro stations, also featuring spacious public areas designed by Reza Kabul and wellness facilities, balancing accessibility with comfort. However, reports of maintenance lapses and cleanliness issues suggest an inconsistency between the hotel's aspirations and guest experiences. It seems the location may be ideal for shopping and transport, but some aspects require attention.”

A Mixed Experience

malfunctioning door security incident

The bathroom door barely functioned. I struggled to close it properly. One night, someone tried to enter my room while I slept. Fortunately, the chain was on, preventing entry. Staff found no video evidence to support my report, but the incident ruined my sense of security.
